We formulate for skin that reacts
Every formula starts with the shortest list that still works — usually nine ingredients or fewer, no fragrance, no essential oils. Each batch is tested on sensitive and reactive skin before it ships, and the batch number on the base tells you the month it was made.

First cleanser that did not sting
Six weeks in and the redness around my nose has settled. No tightness after washing at all.
Rasha M.
The samples decided it
Tried both moisturisers from the sachets before buying, so I did not waste money on the wrong one.
Dana F.
Advisor caught my mistake
I was layering acid and retinal on the same night. They wrote back the next morning and fixed the order.

Skincare, answered
Patch testing, layering, pregnancy, shelf life and what to do if skin reacts
How do I patch test a new product?
Put a little behind the ear or on the inner arm for three nights before using it on your face. If there is no redness or itching by the fourth day, it is safe to add.
In what order do I apply everything?
Thinnest to thickest: cleanser, watery treatment, serum, moisturiser, then sunscreen in the morning. Give each layer a minute to settle.
Which products are safe in pregnancy?
Anything with retinal, retinol or high-strength salicylic acid is marked on the product page. Azelaic acid, niacinamide and mineral sunscreen are the usual swaps.
How long does a product last once opened?
Six months for most, three for vitamin C. The batch date is printed on the base so you always know how old the bottle is.
My skin reacted — can I return it?
Yes. Send it back within 30 days even if it is half used, and tell us what happened so we can suggest something gentler.
Do you test on animals?
No, and neither do the labs that make our batches. Testing is done on volunteer panels with sensitive skin.
One routine tip a fortnight
What to layer this season, when a batch is short-dated, and nothing else. Two emails a month.
